Job Description
The position is responsible for exploring, creating, and delivering value to meet the needs of a target market to ensure the growth of the category.
The role is tasked to pro-actively scan the market for opportunities and trends, conduct market research and create new product proposals.
The position is also responsible for establishment and execution of go-to-market plans based on agreed timelines.
Qualifications
Graduate of Bachelor level or above in Marketing or Business Management)
Previous experience (2-3+ years) in relevant role
Ability to translate market trends into innovative products for selected customers.
Interpret and Analyze customer data and recommend solutions or ideas for new products and market opportunities.
High creativity and initiative in information gathering across different sources
Analytical and with an eye for quality and attention to detail
Very good communication skills - written, verbal, and presentation skills
High performing collaborator
Proven Project Management skills
Flexibility to travel
