The Marketing Specialist - Creative Services is responsible for providing in-house creative design expertise, working with Marketing team and cross-functional teams to develop and deliver advertising and communication materials that help enhance the E&L brand.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Creative Operations
Develops and designs ATL / BTL materials for strategic, thematic, and tactical communication requirements
Creates multimedia collaterals using motion graphics and animation; produces and edits videos for various uploading and streaming purposes
Produces media assets through photoshoots, video shoots and event documentation
Performs copywriting for marketing collaterals
Proofreads for accuracy and checks quality of materials prior to production; ensures adherence to branding guidelines
Obtains and documents approvals for all artworks Service Request Engagement
Provides visual guidance and ready-to-use templates including prototypes for development of apps, dashboards, and other interactive tools (UI/UX)
Engages with cross-functional teams on creative requests and executes original artwork including modifying existing content for appropriate use
Cross integrates work with content partner to ensure creation of appropriate material Media Asset Management
Helps maintains and update internal communications platform (e.g., SharePoint site) • Helps develop and maintain a library of materials (including image bank) for use across different media channels
Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Job Specifications:
Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, Advertising, Communications or equivalent
At least 1-year experience preferably in the creative or advertising agency environment; fresh graduates with previous internship and impressive portfolio may be considered
Proficient in MS apps, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Premier, After Effects) or equivalent image and editing software (Applicants shall be requested to provide portfolio / sample works)
Knowledge in UI/UX
Above average communication, interpersonal and business writing
