KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 
The MARKETING & PROMOTIONS OFFICER (FOOD & BEVERAGE) is responsible for boosting the sales of the company's food & beverage outlets. He or she shall oversee the sales aspect of the outlets from promotions to making analytics on the sales & marketing performance to increasing of sales growth.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Conceptualize marketing promotions & campaigns
Study market trend and market competition to come up with promotions and campaign to help boost sales.
Source for prospective customers and ensure that sales targets are achieved.
Communicating with clients to determine their needs.
Developing and implementing sales marketing plan that aligns with the customers' preferences, including identifying target audiences and creating promotional materials such as brochures or flyers.
Make analytics and metrics on sales & marketing performance.
Monitor sales growth and determine areas of improvement.
Secure the necessary permits and/or licenses for promotions, if needed
Other tasks which may be assigned from time to time
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related.
Proven work experience in a marketing and promotion officer, brand management, event management, F&B or equivalent exposure.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Solid knowledge of market research techniques.
Thorough knowledge of social media and web analytics.
Solid understanding of research techniques.
Able to multi-task and prioritize.
Detail-oriented, self-motivated.
Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
