Qualifications:
1 year experience using web design software (Duda, WordPress, GoDaddy, Canva, etc)
Strong communication skills
Build rapport and have the ability to understand customers' needs
Responsibilities:
Create templated customer websites with photos and texts
Troubleshoot issues that come up during the website build process: sizing, padding, widgets
Maintain website build performance goals
Communicate updates to customers via email and other tools
What we offer:
Onsite role with the possibility of WFH (after meeting qualifiers/metrics)
Work schedules between 5:00 AM to 8:00 PM, WEEKENDS OFF!
