MAIN AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:
The primary responsibility of the Marketing Operations Team Lead is to create comprehensive reports and visualized data presentations, developing marketing data strategies to provide necessary insights in building high-performing campaigns. He or she will be responsible for checking the analytics, reporting and team dashboards to measure the effectiveness and performance of marketing initiatives.
Marketing Operations Team lead need high level understanding of the Marketing processes and key metrics.
TASKS:
Develop new marketing strategies and manage complex digital projects to clearly defined success metrics
Guide marketing processes to ensure that Sprout's marketing team can execute their programs effectively and efficiently
Identify current trends that can help the marketing department, managers and executives make business decisions to modernize and improve processes in Sprout
Analyze the Marketing processes and recommending improvement plans to the management and executives for implementation
Develop and manage business intelligence solutions
Ensure leverage of technology, data, processes, and alignment in the Marketing department
Review customer files to ensure integrity of data collection and utilization
Perform data profiling to identify and understand anomalies
Perform other duties as assigned by the company
QUALIFICATIONS | COMPETENCIES:
3-5 years of experience in Marketing operations
Experience in Enablement and Training programs
Experience in leading small agile teams
Extensive knowledge in data visualization best practices
Experience with Marketing and Sales software, such as HubSpot CRM, MarketingHub and SalesHub a plus
Experience reading and building data models
Background in data warehouse design and data mining
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent interpersonal, communication, listening and presentation skills
