Is currently looking for:
 
MARKETING OPERATIONS OFFICER (PH1 Business Unit)
 
Project Management:
Assists the Marketing Operations TL effectively.
Collaborates with Marketing Operations TL in implementing total project management plan on a per-client basis across multi functions such as but not limited to marketing, advertising and PR tasks. 
Manages project requirements (such as manpower, scripts, sampling booth, collaterals, materials, uniform, stocks, events, activations, campaign shoots) with the direction of Marketing Operations TL. 
Helps the Marketing Operations TL in preparing budget requests and cost estimates. 
Ensures that the operation expenses of projects are within the approved budget/costing. 
Prepares project reports to be submitted internally and externally.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field or with equivalent work experience.
Organization and project management skills including the ability to prioritize multiple projects and to complete them according to tight deadlines.
Proficiency in the MS Office Suite Analytics and Data and Excel reporting skills.
Experience in marketing/advertising is an edge but not required.
