MARKETING OPERATIONS HEAD
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing, implementing, organizing, coordinating and executing strategic marketing campaigns and promotional activities and events to drive traffic and reach the intended market for the new business line.
Ensures that the operation runs effectively, efficiently and smoothly day to day in a most cost-effective manner.
Qualifications:
At least 5 years marketing experience preferably in the Real Estate industry
Excellent communication skills
Extensive experience in all aspects of marketing and customer service
Strong understanding of customer, market dynamics and brand awareness
Some experience in property management preferred with leases and lease contracts is an advantage
