We started in 2013 with a vision to carry developments that would answer to the great demand of the real estate market in Cebu. Priland Development Corporation is a member of a diversified Cebu-based group with business interests in food manufacturing, furniture manufacturing, property development, utilities, distribution, and retail for more than 20 years.
 
MARKETING OFFICER
 
Job Responsibilities:
Creates graphics for marketing collaterals
Ensures that brand positioning of Priland as a company will be reflected in collaterals, office, and showrooms
Monitors marketing collaterals and maintain an inventory
Proposes exhibit opportunities for strategic project exposure
Create visual content for company website and ensure updates of news and events regularly
In-charge of over-all Marketing Admin
Proposes marketing initiatives both digital and traditional to boost sales and brand exposure
Conducts Market Research to keep up with competitors and market trends
Contributes to Buyer's Profiling data gathering and analysis
Assist in over-all logistics for marketing to ensure sales support is maintained
Job Qualifications:
Knowledge in Graphic Design and Video Editing is an advantage
Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
Full time positions available.
Working Hours:
7:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Mon- Fri)
