Job purpose
 Responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of the marketing department. Expected to collaborate with different departments and making sure a 100% customer experience, also with suppliers and back-end partners. Maintaining efficiency and critical thinking to meet timelines.
 
Duties and responsibilities
Maintaining marketing performance reporting, such as audit reports based from B&M's KPI of Customer Success
Evaluate customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints.
Coordinating the onboarding process for recently hired employees. Based on B&M's standard to promote uniformal Customer Experience.
Collecting and implementing feedback from customers in training for employees.
Amenable to do fieldwork 3-4x a week as part of preserving Experience success.
Training employees to better respond to customers with changing interests.
 
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing operations, customer experience management, or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to maintain performance reports and evaluate customer experiences across multiple channels.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively coordinate onboarding processes and training programs.
Ability to collect, analyze, and implement customer feedback to enhance employee training and overall customer satisfaction.
Proactive and adaptable in training employees to meet evolving customer interests and needs.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Familiarity with B&M's standards or similar frameworks is an advantage.
