MARKETING OFFICER
 
Job Description
Officer conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth. Supervise campaign activities for the publicity of the properties available for lease. Implementing and monitoring marketing campaigns.
Research and analyze data to identify and define customers, and develop a customer base through content advertising.
Overseeing campaigns on digital media and email marketing following Company direction and standards. It includes replying to inquiries, comments, and suggestions.
Oversee and update the company website and social networking sites.
Identifies areas of improvement in product/service offering, marketing strategy, and promotional activities.
Prepare content and design for the publication of marketing material and oversee distribution.
Work with the company's external PR and Advertising agency creating marketing campaigns and income-generating ads.
Handles the checking and review of Contract Of Lease, Contract of Lease Renewal, and Memorandum Of Agreement prior to the approval of an immediate superior. Explain the terms of the lease, rental rate, and period of payments to tenants.
Good coordination with Property Officer regarding COL expiration or pre-termination date.
Coordinate with Finance Department regarding final billing including utilities, penalties, and other charges during/upon move-out.
Synchronize with the Engineering Department regarding a tenant's move-out to conduct a final inspection.
Leads the coordination with the tenant or its representative regarding the transmittal of their contract for their review and signature.
Maintain correct and up-to-date properties, tenants, and their status.
Handles data management confidentiality regarding tenant profiles and property rate.
Participate in the preparation of the annual budget that includes revenue on billboards, pylon space, and advertisements.
Performs other related duties and functions assigned by immediate superior.
