The Marketing Officer is responsible to ensure that the right products and services are developed. Specifically, he/she is expected to:
ensure that data and knowledge inputs in the form of marketing researches, Voice of Customer, and other market information are considered in the conceptualization and development of products and services;
come up with or recommend sound marketing and promotional activities and materials for services and products developed;
evaluate service and product performance and make recommendations for improvement or further development;
develop and implement relationship building strategies with corresponding projects and activities to grow and sustain stakeholder portfolio of Culture and Heritage Unit
Qualifications
Graduate of Management, Marketing, Communications, Social Work, or its equivalent
With at least 2 years' of relevant experience
Knowledge in product development cycle and stakeholder management
