Job Description
Join Quarterly Priorities (QP) Projects/ Initiatives
Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Receives and accommodates client/tenant inquiries of leased spaces, and merchant inquiries for Koncepto Permanent Bazaar spaces.
Screens the incoming Tenants/Merchants properly on their products and services for zoning allocation
Deals and negotiates with both prospective clients/tenants/merchants regarding all leasing concerns and inquiries
Perform Tenant and Koncepto Acquisition for both Actual and On-line/Digital
Accommodate Inquiries from On-line/Digital and encode to the Inquiry Monitoring List
Coordinator to Other Departments during Tenant/Merchant on-boarding.
Conducts Orientation of New Tenant/Merchant
Maintain project occupancy rate
Monitor and maintain tenant/merchant mix rate
Prepares Occupancy Promo Plan
Prepares Tenant Rental Request
Provide details for On-Line Seller and Commercial Group Directory
Provide Captions for On-line/Digital Banners for posting to Social Media according to the brand
Foster and strengthen partnerships with Tenants/Merchants
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing or any Business related course
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
Excellent knowledge in MS Office
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Knowledgeable in all kinds of marketing strategy, campaign and social media ads
Has a pleasing personality
