2. Submits weekly band line up to the Graphic Artist, and uploads it to Eskina fan page regularly
3. Coordinates with and submits weekly band line up to radio agent to maintain weekly promotions on radio
4. Monitors contract with advertising partners and ensures renewal will be facilitated upon approval from the VP Marketing
5. Perform Administrative tasks that may be assigned by the management.
6. Manages and develops marketing campaigns.
7. Conducts promotional activities.
8. Weighs in on important decisions involving product advertising, packaging, media channels, and branding
9. Maintains the department's budget and ensures all marketing activities are cost-effective
10. Works with other company officers to establish budgets and marketing objectives
11. Monitors marketing and sales performance and adjusts strategies as needed
12. Research and analyses market trends, competitor offerings, demographics, and other information that affects marketing strategies
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Proven work experience in marketing.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Solid knowledge of market research techniques.
Thorough knowledge of social media and web analytics.
Solid understanding of research techniques.
