JOB OVERVIEW:
The Marketing Officer is overall in charge of coming up with means to provide funds for programs and services provided by Sorok Uni Foundation.
a. Functions, Tasks, and Responsibilities
a. Build relationships with major donors or companies and make presentations
b. Manage information and record the profile and fundraising activity of donors in a database
c. Spot fundraising opportunities and raise awareness of the organization's works.
d. Recruit, organize, and inspire volunteers
e. Coordinate and communicate with other agencies and institutions for partnerships with Sorok Uni Foundation Inc
f. Evaluate the effectiveness of specific events and advertising campaigns to determine which ones work well and which ones should be abandoned
g. Submit weekly and monthly marketing accomplishment reports and plans.
h. Formulate policies on Marketing with the Executive Director and sit on meetings to help decide on the overall direction of the organization
i. Manage budget provided by the Finance Department intended for marketing needs
j. Maintain and submit to Finance Officer full record of financial transactions in each fieldwork including timekeeping
g. Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the Executive Director
b. Professional Qualifications
a. Must have a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management or any related course
b. Keen to details, organized, meticulous and hardworking
c. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
d. Has the ability to communicate with people and is confident in presentations
e. Knowledgeable in budget management
