General Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Computer Literate, excellent communication skills, human relations and customer service orientation
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
Job Summary:
This job is responsible for creating Trade/Channel Marketing (relates to increasing the demand at wholesaler, retailer or distributor level- Point of Sale) strategies that will form part of the overall Marketing plan and ensure execution and implementation together with Sales and other related departments such as RFD and CTS.
Major Responsibilities:
Within the limits of company policies, programs, systems and procedure, this job is responsible for has commensurate authority to carry the following:
Formulation of Trade / Channel Marketing strategies for individual products / product ranges. Creating demand for UGC /CMG products across the channel and before it reaches the consumer.
Responsible for the brand development and driving awareness across various products and services at the Point of Sale level.
To provide market information (competition, pricing, business environment & market sizing) and analysis on daata and industry trends as needed by immediate superiors which would play vital role in recommending appropriate actions.
Ensuring distinction of UGC / CMG products and services against competitor's products and services in the market.
Attending and conducting presentations of products and services at trade events to promote the business.
Trade Marketing focuses on sales fundamentals such as Distribution, Display, Promotation and Price to ensure that UGC/CMG products and services are delivered consistently to customers and dealers.
Assists in the development of marketing collaterals, ensuring accuracy of its contents and delivering these to the various regional sales offices on-time as requested.
Coordinates with Sales Officers and Store Keepers to ensure the proper maintenance and cleanliness of all company collaterals at store levels.
To ensure that retailers promote UGC/CMG products against competitors by offering various tangible/intangible benefits to retailers
