How you'll contribute Initiate campaign mechanic for acquiring new customers for SBF's products Implement the campaign and coordinate with related functions e.g. sales & distribution team, creative, finance, sourcing, outsource vendor, SBF's partners, etc. Monitoring acquisition performance by channels and creating monthly reports and analysis Manage budget to meet an agreed target Create a monthly campaign plan to support and align with SBF's marketing strategy Monitor market trends & practices for the purpose of identifying any opportunities that the institution may explore What we're looking for Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or any related field At least 2 yrs of experience in product and marketing Strong organization, communication, and presentation skills, as well as analytical skills to understand business/market needs Marketing-oriented, with good marketing and process skills Must be computer literate, hard-working, and can work well with a group or across cross-functional teams
