MARKETING MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION:
Job Overview
Marketing Manager is directly responsible for assessing, strategizing, prioritizing, executing and monitoring the most appropriate and effective Marketing efforts and campaigns fit for each brand's products' objectives in a timely manner. She/he is responsible for effectively handling the marketing team and also in making the conscious effort to read, analyze and understand current trends of the skincare and pharmaceutical industry in order to deliver effective marketing output and results.
This role serves as a key player in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies, across innovative and strategic core products, with a key focus on broadening and raising product and brand awareness, which ultimately leads to customer acquisition. Responsible for the overall consumer marketing strategies and activation plans that support business unit growth and profit objectives, driving demand for Biocostech Philippines Corp. products.
Duties & Responsibilities: (including but not limited to the following)
• Manage the whole marketing team of Skincare (70%) and PharmaHealth (30%) Division.
• Develop, implement and monitor marketing plans per key account, region and product.
• Strictly supervise and maintain quality performance of the members of the marketing team by observing their capabilities and work output in order to provide effective counseling and disciplining. Monitoring the team and its members' progress, and providing the necessary evaluation for each member to be effective in their position.
• Establish clear marketing objectives that are aligned to the company's vision and mission. And plans on how to achieve them accordingly to ensure that the team is focused and guided in meeting these objectives.
• Has a very strong understanding on Trade Marketing requirements and tactics for National Key Modern Trade Accounts for the Skin Care and Food Supplement category in order to propose and execute the most effective marketing programs and supports for each National Key Account, to maintain a good business relationship and a growing business in each.
• Ability to identify and solve key accounts' issues strategically.
• Has a solid grasp on Digital marketing to spearhead effective Digital marketing efforts across Facebook, Instagram, Online Selling Platforms (Shoppee, Lazada, etc.), Website marketing, SEO, YouTube and Influencer Marketing.
• Has experience in strategizing, planning and executing effective activations and events such as corporate events, in-store events, school-based events to promote our highlight brands and products.
• Through regular reporting and analytics, validate the quantitative and qualitative output for each project's execution.
• Reporting and analytics. Database management.
• Develops consumer market share growth strategies and large-scale, multi-stakeholder marketing initiatives to ensure attainment of business unit objectives; increased brand recognition; and enhanced market position.
• Leads and monitors relationships with outside agencies and corporate shared service teams to develop and execute marketing plans and tactics such as sales representative-driven programs, advertising campaigns, media plans, promotional programs, public relations activities, trade shows, and online marketing programs.
• Provides strategic guidance to business units to optimize sales effectiveness, clinical excellence, customer loyalty and operational efficiency.
• Develops and manages marketing budgets to achieve both corporate and business unit goals
• Leverages marketing expertise, market trend insights and strong industry knowledge to partner with business unit leaders
Requirements:
1. At least 5 years of experience directly managing people including hiring, developing, motivating and directing people as they work.
2. 10+ years in Marketing with extensive experience in events, promotions, PR, media and digital marketing
3. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, MBA strongly preferred
4. FMCG experience is strongly preferred.
5. High degree of diplomacy and professionalism in all facets of communication as BPC brand representative
6. Ability to organize, prioritize, and deliver multiple products or services concurrently under time constraints in a fast-paced environment
7. Excellent in presentation skills, strong analytical, verbal and written communications skills are a must and ability to influence multiple business partners with differing points of view
8. Has experience in strategizing, planning and executing effective activations and events such as corporate events, in-store events, school-based events to promote our highlight brands and products.
9. Must be willing to travel as needed to carry out BCP goals
