Job Description
General Duties
The Marketing Manager - Brand Management will be responsible for the development of marketing strategies and programs to increase brand equity and awareness of SMDC projects. The position assists with the achievement of marketing and sales objectives, by ensuring consistent implementation of strategic and tactical executions, and detailed analysis of real estate competitive landscape, industry reports and sales data.
Detailed Duties
Coordinate with senior management on strategic planning and objectives, and key stakeholders in the implementation of strategies
Work with internal and external partners to formulate brand essence, positioning and differentiated value proposition in order to gain competitive advantage
Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies and communication plans for SMDC developments, to deliver short-term and long term-business objectives (sales, market share and brand health)
Lead the conceptualization and development of marketing and sales collaterals for SMDC developments
Manage consistency of brand identity by ensuring that all marketing and communication efforts are aligned with the brand strategy
Implement tools for the regular tracking, review and reporting of performance of the team in delivering KPIs and targets
Consistently monitor, analyze and evaluate brand health and performance versus competition of assigned SMDC projects
Translate and utilize research findings and consumer insights to develop winning brand strategies

Skills
Strong leadership ability as demonstrated through previous formal or informal positions of leading and or managing teams
Excellence in analysis and problem-solving
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Exceptional communication skills, and fluency in both English and Filipino
Outstanding presentation skills, and ease in using presentation software and tools
Education

Experience
4-6 years of Marketing Communications, Brand Management or Business Development experience in the Real Estate, FMCG or Telco industry
