Social Media Management
• Publish, and share engaging content on the different social media platforms of the company's different brands
• Communicate with followers, respond to messages and queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews
• Plan and implement social media advertisements and campaigns Research
• Check and update the company's different social media platforms' analytics and data insights to better analyze what strategy or content is needed (Craft reports about the performance of the different social media platforms)
• Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics, implement ads boosting
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications
Content Creation
• Create visually appealing and engaging content to be release on the different social media platforms of the company's different brands (Including photos, art cards, promotional video)
• Ensure the creative quality of all social media posts and platforms to maintain branding.
• Use a tone that matches the branding of the company and to ensure a high standard in copywriting
Planning and Organizing
• Plan and schedule social media content and marketing campaigns
• Craft and implement social media strategies to align with business goals
• Develop a brand bible for each brand under the company
• Come up and implement new ways to develop brand awareness
• Suggest other marketing efforts that are not necessarily connected to social media to increase brand visibility among its customers, i.e. print ads like brochures, flyers; events.
Requirements
