MARKETING MANAGER
 
The Marketing Manager's primary focus is to implement overall marketing strategies for the company and provide support to the company's Sales. This position oversees daily processes and operations that involve the implementation of marketing campaigns and social media management.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a social media strategy to engage our audience and increase brand awareness.
Manage our social media accounts, including content creation, engagement, and reporting
Post content on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
Respond to customer inquiries and feedback promptly via social media
Collaborate with Brand Ambassadors and industry partners for partnerships and collaborations
Stay updated on industry trends and suggest new strategies
Increase followers and engagement through campaigns
Create and manage the social media calendar
Ensure consistent branding and visually appealing content
Maintain website and keep website content updated
Train and mentor team members on social media best practices
With experience in events coordination and management
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
Proven track record as a Social Media Manager
Strong knowledge of social media platforms with best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong writing skills and creativity
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Attention to detail and multitasking ability
Experience in branding and maintaining brand image
Ability to suggest new ideas and strategies
This is a full-time role with working hours from Monday to Friday.

The expected Salary starts at P25,000.00 (depending on the experience).
