Basic Purpose
Develops establishes and maintains marketing strategies to meet the organizational objectives
In charge of the effective management of the marketing and advertising and promotional activities of the organization
Responsible for the overall performance of the company's brand, including managing and developing profit and loss, image and positions in relation to the Company's Competitors
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of company objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.
2. Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote projects.
3. Direct the hiring, training and performance evaluations of marketing personnel and oversee their daily activities.
4. Responsible for planning and implementing activities that shape, strengthen and protect the company's brand.
5. Design business plan that outlines the overall vision for a new or existing project.
6. Perform competitor analyses, develop marketing strategies, assemble internal and external resources, and estimate cost for creating, maintaining and strengthening the company image.
7. Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows, working with advertisers and production managers, to marker projects.
8. Conduct economic and commercial surveys to identify potential markets for projects.
9. Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities.
10. Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future projects.
11. Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information.
12. Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing projects.
13. Expand and develop marketing platforms.
14. Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results.
15. Determine and maintains the marketing budget
16. Deliver marketing activities within agreed budget
17. Report on return on investment and key performance metrics.
18. Create marketing presentations and reports.
19. Liaise with media and advertising groups
20. Collaborate with the sales functions
21. Monitor industry best practices, analyze market trends and study competitors' projects.
22. Explore ways of improving existing products and services and increasing profitability.
23. Identify target markets and develop strategies to communicate with them.
24. Perform other related functions that may be assigned by Management from time to time.
