Primary Responsibilities:
Develops and deploys strategic marketing campaigns for assigned locations, as aligned with the airline's business priorities and objectives
Collaborates with internal teams for marketing campaigns that will build seat load factor and increase brand loyalty in the assigned market
Manages external teams and agencies, and conduct timely monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of campaigns and content
Manages relationships with external partners, especially those in the media, advertising, travel and tourism industry
Manages a marketing budget, and drives for focused and cost-efficient use of marketing content and ads across owned and paid channels and distribution systems
Oversees marketing intelligence and providing actionable insights to external teams and internal stakeholders
Ensures branding standards are followed across all materials
Basic Qualifications:
Graduate of a 4 year bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing or other relevant fields
Must have prior marketing experience (whether in client/principal side or agency work)
PR work is an advantage
Excellent communication skills
Strong project and people management skills
Results-driven, data-driven and conscientious
Willing to travel for work
Fast learner with an innovative mindset
