Production Manager
The production/project manager will join our in-house creative studio. We are a highly engaged, results-driven team, who provide strategic resources to the company in areas of production, design, editorial, and video. The team produces collateral such as ads, brochures, event graphics, html emails, technical illustrations, and presentations. The production manager will oversee the intake of projects and assignments to the team, assessing scope and matching talent, and will own the delivery of projects. Must work diligently to meet tight deadlines, in collaboration with team members and cross-functional global teams.
Essential Responsibilities
Assist in overseeing the workflow of the department, define project scope, communicate to team members job assignments, deadlines, job status, identify at-risk jobs, and required action to meet expectations and deadlines.
Lead project kickoff meetings.
Work within a project management system, set up and assign new jobs, oversee production meetings, update project details in system as information changes and communicate to team, check on job status, and define specifications from internal clients.
Ensure brand guidelines and messaging is consistent across all deliverables.
Essential Skills
Extremely organized, detail-oriented person with strong communication skills
Ability to oversee multiple projects at a time, and able to switch directions quickly
Strong written and verbal communication necessary
Must be flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment
Ability to provide timely and friendly customer service to our internal partners
Diligent in seeing a project through all milestones, from conception to delivery
Education and Work Experience
Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, marketing, or related field
5-years experience in a similar environment with proven track record of increased experience and responsibilities.
Prior experience working in a creative/agency environment preferred.
Technical skills
Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
Print production a plus.
For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
