• At least graduate of a Bachelor's Degree preferably in Marketing, Business, and Engineering with technical background and proven work experience in Sales Management
• With at least 10 years of supervisory/managerial experience in the related field
• With exposure and network in the Aviation Maintenance industry
• A background and experience in the Aircraft Line and/or Base Maintenance Industry is a definite advantage
• Must be strategic and creative in achieving these strategic goals and have a highly analytical thinking skill
• Outstanding in interpersonal and influencing skills
• Must be proficient in spoken and written English; Experienced in dealing with foreigners
• Exposed to contracts and agreements
• Must be able to motivate and lead a young but very dedicated team of Marketing staff
• The candidate is expected to travel extensively within the Philippines and Asia Pacific countries.
• Willing to be based in Clark, Pampanga, Philippines
