MARKETING MANAGER
 
Functional Duties and Responsibilities:
Develops, coordinates, and implements marketing programs that drives sales and increase brand awareness;
Creates, maintains, and streghtens the brand through creative programs and campaigns, and reaching customers on different types of media
Develops store- specific  marketing programs designed to help the brand be locally relevant  with the customers on different types of media.
Conduct regular store visits ( at least 2 times a week) to ensure program implementation and identify opportunities in place, correct program delivery and information dissemination;
Identifies marketing trends and competitor activities, and prepare relevant marketing  reports
Work with suppliers on collateral production and all creative development.
Performs other related functional duties and responsibilities assigned by the immediate superior.
Qualifications
Male or Female
A Bachelor’s /College Degree in Advertising/ Media, Business Administration/ Management, Marketing, or equivalent;         
At least 3 years  of working experience in related field
Good Communication, Goal- Setting and Planning, Empathy and Compose of Behavioural Skills List
