Ideal for someone who thrives on execution, design precision, and thoughtful creativity.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate ready-to-post content for LinkedIn and Instagram based on outlines, transcripts, or voice notesDesign high-quality visuals in Canva (or Adobe) for:Social media postsDownloadable assets (e.g., playbooks, course materials)Client-facing decks and documentsUpload and format content in Kajabi (no coding needed)Light video editing (e.g., trimming, overlaying slides) using tools like Descript or Adobe RushFormat and polish white papers, brochures, and presentation materialsAssist in content distribution via HubSpot newslettersMaintain a basic marketing calendar and organized asset libraryCoordinate with the founder and part-time team for feedback and approvalsProfile Requirements3-5 years of experience in marketing execution, content creation, or graphic designStrong sense of layout, brand consistency, and visual polishSkilled in Canva; Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, or Premiere Rush is a plusFamiliarity with Kajabi and HubSpot, or willingness to learn quicklyExcellent written and verbal communication in EnglishHighly organized, proactive, and committed to quality outputComfortable working across a variety of tools, formats, and tasksWhy This Role Is SpecialThis is a key role in a boutique consulting business with global clients and a premium brand.
