We are currently looking for:
MARKETING & LEASING OFFICER
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Management / Business Administration / or other related courses
At least 2 years of relevant experience
Knowledgeable in property development / commercial leasing / real estate concepts
Knowledgeable in computer applications (MS Office & Google workspace apps)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Good leadership and decision-making skills
Highly responsible and dedicated to work
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create and implement marketing activities as directed by Management.
In charge of entertaining prospective clients.
Respond and handle tenant / client inquiries and concerns.
Provide writing and communication support to senior management and respond to media requests.
Identify and correct clerical errors on contract of lease documents for tenants.
Processes clearance for exiting tenants; checks for unpaid rental, VECO, PLDT payments.
Provides clearance in bringing out items outside the leased premises (for vacating tenants).
Reports to the office all the activities done by the tenants
