MARKETING LEAD (PROMO)
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional campaigns for ML Services and ML International
Develop and create promo mechanics for raffles, discounts, or other marketing initiatives
Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaign success
Prepare reports, presentations, and campaign performance updates
Assist in marketing collateral, branding, and advertising initiatives
Track and monitor promotions, customer engagement, and results
Support product launches, events, and special campaigns
Conduct market research and provide insights for improving promotions
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in marketing, account management, or sales (preferred)
Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills
Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
Proficient in MS Office and basic marketing tools
Able to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
