Location: BaguioWe are seeking an innovative and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead our marketing strategy and initiatives. This leadership role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance brand presence, attract new customers, and drive engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience leading cross-channel campaigns and working closely with internal teams, partners, and external agencies to deliver impactful results.Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Direction & Innovation: Collaborate with the Marketing Division to explore new marketing trends and technologies. Conduct research on emerging tools and strategies, and prepare detailed reports and presentations recommending innovative marketing ideas based on findings.
Events & Campaigns Management: Oversee the execution of promotional events and campaigns aimed at increasing foot traffic and customer engagement. Manage special projects and ensure they are aligned with broader marketing goals.
Sponsorships & Partnerships: Develop and nurture partnerships with key stakeholders, including brands, third-party collaborators, and local communities. Work with internal teams and external partners to create impactful marketing initiatives and sponsorship opportunities.
Advertising Strategy: Lead the implementation of the annual Communication Plan, overseeing the creative development, production of key visuals, and placement of marketing collateral (such as print materials, social media posts, and local advertisements).
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure that all marketing activities comply with company policies and relevant laws. Monitor the implementation of policies to guarantee adherence to legal and operational standards.
Qualifications:
At least 8 years of managerial experience in marketing, event management, and advertising.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, Business Management, or a related field.
Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, Keynote, and basic skills in Photoshop and photo/video editing software.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
