This is a full-time, permanent, day-shift, office-based in Cebu City.
About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help plan, curate and implement marketing and advertising activities. You will be integral in helping businesses build their brand.
For this role, you should be able to:
Create at least 3 posts a week for LinkedIn;
Create Canva graphics for posts;
Participate in a Whatsapp pod to boost LinkedIn posts;
Reply to comments on posts;
Use Sales Navigator on LinkedIn and use the provided scripts to reach out to new contacts;
Engage with people on LinkedIn;
Send hot leads to the sales team, or just book the appointment in the diary;
Monitor and reply to comments within private Facebook groups;
Writing blogs using previous templates and existing material;
Updating the company website with blogs and posts via Wordpress;
Create email newsletter drafts based on notes/discussions;
Other ad-hoc marketing tasks such as cleaning up a slide deck, or creating a new marketing flyer for a tradeshow created, or a Canva graphic etc.
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing or related field;
At least five (5) years of work experience in social media marketing or a similar role;
Adequate knowledge of data collection methods using search engines, web analytics and other research tools.
Ability to self-manage and prioritize workload and multi-task;
Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment;
Excellent interpersonal skills with high proficiency in verbal and written English to confidently communicate with Australian team and clients;
Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
