*The Marketing Coordinator new hire is expected to work from home for the mean time due to COVID. Once everything is back to normal, the Marketing Coordinator new hire will be expected to report in either our IT Park or JY offices in Cebu.
General Description: The Marketing Coordinator helps plan and implement the company's marketing and advertising activities. The marketing coordinator should understand the full marketing mix and be familiar with ways to analyze market research and customers' behavior.
Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu
Responsibilities:
Assist our marketing team with market research, market target campaigns, social media posts, and website updates
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
Gather and analyze consumer behavior data (e.g. web traffic and rankings)
Assist with organizing promotional events
Coordinate with the Marketing Design and Content teams to create advertising material (e.g. brochures and newsletters)
Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns
Monitor competitors' marketing activities
Works closely with the sales team to identify their needs in their sales activities/trade shows
Requirements:
A degree in Marketing or relevant field
At least 3 years of relevant work experience
Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques
Experience in email marketing
Experience in SEO/SEM campaigns
Solid computer skills, including MS Excel, web analytics and Google Adwords
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude
Must prefer to work in graveyard shift
Willing to work during holidays and weekends
Willing to work in either our Cebu IT Park or JY office.
