Description
Key responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:
• Work with the Brand Manager to ensure brand is accurately and consistently represented across all customer touch points
• Work collaboratively with the Brand Manager to implement marketing campaigns across multiple communication channels, with a key focus on catalogue, TV, radio and Point Of Sale (POS)
• Work collaboratively with the Brand Manager, Regional Sales Managers, stores and other stakeholders to develop and execute effective local area marketing activities in line with brand standards, including: Franchisee briefing and liaison, Media planning, Budget maintenance and planning, Creative briefing and concept development
• Co-ordination and execution of in-store communication programs and associated standards including: Promotional Point Of Sale (POS) materials, Price ticketing, Informational signage, Staff uniforms, On-hold messages
• Co-ordination of other marketing activities and special projects in collaboration with the Brand Manager and other internal and external stakeholders
• Work with internal and external stakeholders on the development and provision of tools and resources to help improve merchandising/presentation standards and local area marketing activities throughout the network
Experience and Qualifications:
• Marketing or Business tertiary qualification
• 1-3 years' experience in marketing, preferably within a retail environment
• Effective communication skills in both written and verbal forms
• Ability to effectively liaise with external suppliers and service providers
• Systematic, analytical and constructive approach to problem solving
• Computer Skills - intermediate to advanced
• A track-record in taking ownership for outcomes and measuring the impact of activities against business objectives
• Strong organisational, co-ordination and administration skills
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines concurrently
