MedSpecialized, Inc. is looking for a Marketing Content Editor!
 
General Description: The marketing and product content of the company will be published and its readership optimized. For websites and print media, Marketing Content Editors organize, plan, compose, and edit the material. They mainly work in the advertising, marketing, and media sectors.
 
​Work Schedule and Arrangement: 6 AM - 3 PM PHT; Office-based Setup
 
Office Location: 8th-floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu
 
Responsibilities:
Read content and correct spelling, punctuation, and grammatical errors
Check for readability, style, and agreement with editorial policy
Suggest revisions to improve clarity or accuracy
Ensure consistency in all brands' content materials
Verify facts cited in material for publication
Work with subject matter experts to ensure brand and product accuracy
Utilize SEO best practices and keyword research on new and existing content
Collaborate with SEO, Design, Multimedia, Email, and Events teams
Approve final versions submitted to Content Lead
Track all tasks to ensure compliance with deadlines
Help maintain the quality of all marketing copy
Provide feedback to copywriters on performance and report to Content Lead
Stay up to date with brands' new products, services, and features
Stay up to date with the latest healthcare industry trends
Other relevant duties and tasks as assigned by the Content Lead
Requirements:
Must be college graduate
An associate or bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, English, or other related field
3+ years of relevant writing and editing experience
Strong understanding of content creation and engagement tactics
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong project management and multitasking skills
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to operate effectively in a highly collaborative team environment
Experience with Google Workspace and ClickUp (or other project management
platforms) preferred
Experience in the healthcare and/or SaaS industry a plus
Physically fit to work in a BPO setting
Willing to work in our office at Cebu IT Park
Willing to work during holidays and weekends
Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):
Monthly salary of 40,000 - 50,000
New hire bonus of 5,000 
Monthly risk allowance of 2,000
