MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS OFFICER
Salary Range: 20,000.00 - 25,000.00
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare, sort and relay business correspondence.
Receive, direct and relay telephone, fax and e-mail messages.
Respond and handle tenant / client inquiries and complaints.
Relay directives, instructions and assignments to appropriate staff.
Develop list of potential clients for marketing and promotion.
Entertain inquiries of potential tenants.
Job Qualifications/Requirements:
Graduate of BS Management / Business Administration / or any related course
At least 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience
Knowledgeable in Real Estate Leasing concepts
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
Excellent written, oral English and interpersonal skills
Background in commercial leasing is an advantage
