A home-grown Cebuano brand, Cebu Home and Builders Centre was born from the roots of its mother company, Cebu Oversea Hardware Co., Inc. The first branch located at A.S. Fortuna St., Banilad, Mandaue City is the company ' s main branch with the largest array of D.I.Y. materials and consists of its own bath showroom for the higher end market. As the years passed, other branches were constructed in different strategic locations in Cebu to provide wider and better service for the market, namely in Mactan, Consolacion, Minglanilla, N. Bacalso and its latest store in Carcar.

MARKETING COMMUNICATION COORDINATOR
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Promotes new arrivals, non-moving, and slow-moving items.
Maximizes advertising and promotional efforts by developing content for traditional media relations, corporate communications and social media posts.
Facilitates and undertakes the photoshoots of identified items/product lines for offline and online postings.
Pro-actively establishes networks with and coordinates with traditional media outfits and social media platforms, influencers and vloggers.
Responds to customers' queries and comments on social media accounts.
Performs other duties and responsibilities attendant to the efficient and effective operations of the units assigned to him/her.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Male or Female
A graduate of Marketing, Mass Communications, or any related course.
At least 2 years of relevant, extensive work experience.
Keen with details, highly organized, and has an eye for creatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Adept at problem-solving and decision-making.
People management skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) applications.
Knowledgeable on Adobe CS Photoshop.
