The successful candidate will coordinate the development, implementation, and interpretation of online marketing programs for assigned projects, including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media, Local Listings, and/or Pay Per Click (PPC) campaigns. Marketing programs can be diverse, complex, inter-related, and will require an individual with technical marketing skills, strong relationship building skills, and project management skills.
The successful candidate will coordinate the development, implementation, and interpretation of online marketing programs for assigned projects, including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media, Local Listings, and/or Pay Per Click (PPC) campaigns. Marketing programs can be diverse, complex, inter-related, and will require an individual with technical marketing skills, strong relationship building skills, and project management skills.
Responsibilities:
Build and manage the development and implementation of marketing strategies and tactical implementation plans for assigned projects. This would include:
Prepare periodic reporting of marketing campaign results for assigned projects, review and interpret results with Customer-facing team members, and recommend changes to maximize value. Use of analysis of past results and strategic planning techniques to modify campaigns such that sales and profitability of products and services can be optimized.
Develop compelling and individualized content for assigned customers as part of their online marketing campaigns.
Stay up to date with current marketing strategies, trends, and research.
Log in to customer websites via website builders, FTP, and/or the customer's CMS to properly optimize the website, with some light website platform/coding knowledge needed.
Regularly review customer performance for your marketing account portfolio, make adjustments to improve performance, and triage any accounts with lower than expected performance.
Work within company systems to document the marketing strategy, marketing tasks, and collaborate as needed with other team members working on the account.
Align with and abide by team Process, Product, Quality, Productivity, and Turnaround Time standards
Team members will continue to hone their marketing knowledge as they are assigned completed work, and will receive refreshers and ongoing training on marketing concepts.
Team members are expected to take part in meetings to discuss customer performance and team updates.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of common online marketing techniques, tools, principles, and the ability to apply said knowledge to real world situations.
The ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities across projects.
The ability to work and thrive in a fast paced, rapidly changing work environment.
Must be highly organized, detail oriented, committed to and accountable for quality in their own work and the work of their marketing partners.
Must be able to work in a team environment with team goals.
Help define, implement, and refine new and existing marketing offers, delivery processes to optimize the web marketing program for Newfold Digital.
Experience in multi-tasking and being well-organized is recommended, but not required
Must be proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc)
Prior SEO or online marketing experience recommended, but not required.
Some HTML/website platform experience recommended, but not required.
