Job Summary: Spirit Telecom is looking for a Marketing Automation and Reporting Lead to join their company and spearhead their automation journey. As a business, they have a compelling customer strategy, and are looking for someone to take a lead in providing insights and reporting that supports their Spirit growth ambitions. The role is designed to also support the Marketing and Sales teams through understanding and supporting the connection with customers. Responsibilities: Build functionality of MS Dynamics marketing hub and make practical for the marketing team Continuously measure, report, test and optimise marketing & sales campaigns to improve engagement, conversion rate, retention rate and overall sales Operationalize journey and content mapping for the marketing team Perform day-to-day email marketing activities including, but not limited to, email campaign set-up, scheduling, testing, tagging and deployment of one-time, recurring, triggered and dynamic content-driven campaigns, and QA. Bring group-wide data sources to life & make usable for the marketing/sales teams Sales analyst portion of job Leverage external, marketing, and historic data to effectively forecast sales Produce reporting collaborating across all sales channels & teams via Power BI Develop and embed sales reporting accuracy for the business via Power BI Propose and implement solutions to reduce reporting variances and improve demand forecast accuracy In conjunction with the marketing & product teams review sales trends, understand demand drivers (key focus on seasonal peaks), review forecasts, updating the forecast model within lead times Regularly review all published sales reports to ensure usefulness of the report is maximised in decision making This role will be heavily involved with MS Dynamics and power BI Requirements Previous demonstrated experience in a similar role and/or degree in a relevant field will set you apart but isnt necessarily a must. Strong communication skills ( written and verbal ) and ability to interpret data are fundamental to be able to perform this role well. They are seeking a new member for the marketing team who shows initiative, works well in a team as well as independently! Must have any experience with other marketing platforms.
