The mission for the Marketing Automation Specialist is to be on top of automating our marketing efforts and aligning them with our lead generation and database management strategies.
Requirements
Solid understanding of Go High Level (this is a must)
Familiarity with Marketing tools such as Zapier, FB/Google Ads and Analytics, Clickfunnels etc
Basic Web Dev knowledge, for adding scripts to pages etc.
Participate in analyzing marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization;
Being able to create automated services and funnels in order to streamline processes and be able to make transitions seamless
Be able to set up automation and landing pages to be able to utilize the Go High Level services
Competencies (These are MUSTs):
Analytical - Must be able to interpret data and make suggestions and tweaks based off of data and trends
Attention to Detail - The simplest of details never can be ignored
Communication - Speaks and writes clearly and articulately without being overly verbose or talkative. Maintains a standard in all forms of written communication, including email.
Creativity and Innovation - Generates new and innovative approaches to problems.
Flexibility/Adaptability - Adjusts quickly to changing priorities and conditions. Copes effectively with complexity and change.
Openness to criticism and ideas - Often solicits feedback and reacts calmly to criticism and negative feedback.
Preferred Skills and Experiences:
At least 3 years of Go High Level Automation experience
Familiarity with Marketing tools such as Zapier, FB/Google Ads and Analytics, Clickfunnels etc
Basic Web Dev knowledge, for adding scripts to pages etc.
Positions are located virtually. Team Members are eligible for a benefits package after a 3 month review.
