We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Automation Specialist at Digitalfeet. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our marketing automation tools and platforms to drive efficient and effective marketing campaigns. You will play a key role in implementing best practices, ensuring data integrity, and maximizing the impact of our marketing efforts. Responsibilities:
 
Marketing Automation Setup and Maintenance:
Administer and serve as the super user of our marketing automation tools/platforms.
Establish and implement best practice templates for setting up marketing automation solutions.
Advise clients on best practice setup, including ensuring the proper implementation of marketing automation scripts in compliance with laws and regulations.
Manage user administration and security, ensuring adherence to established standards.
Maintain a tidy and user-friendly client instance with consistent naming conventions.
Implement email templates and take the lead in their implementation if necessary.
Integration and Data Management:
Ensure seamless integration and synchronization between our CRM and marketing automation systems, ensuring smooth data flow.
Monitor and analyze clients' license utilization, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement in marketing automation implementation.
Explore and implement ways to enrich collected data, leveraging integrations and add-ons for improved campaign results.
Ensure data quality, completeness, and consistency within the marketing automation solution, and develop methods for measuring data quality.
Identify segmentation opportunities within data sets to enhance marketing automation outcomes.
Research and Strategy:
Stay up to date with the latest marketing automation practices, strategies, and industry trends.
Collaborate with the marketing team to define KPIs and measure campaign performance.
Educate and provide guidance to the marketing team on utilizing marketing automation as part of their work.
Campaign Design and Optimization:
Design and deliver multi-channel campaigns as part of the customer journey.
Monitor and measure campaign performance, making adjustments to optimize results.
Conduct quality assurance and testing of all automated journeys.
Ensure the logic behind each journey aligns with its main objective and effectively communicate any required adjustments to the client and marketing team.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing marketing automation tools/platforms, preferably as an administrator or super user.
Strong understanding of marketing automation best practices and methodologies.
Familiarity with laws and regulations related to marketing automation, particularly regarding cookie implementation.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Proficiency in CRM systems and their integration with marketing automation platforms.
Knowledge of email marketing best practices, including email template creation, segmentation, and automation workflows.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data integrity.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Continuous learner with a passion for staying up to date with the latest marketing automation trends and strategies.
