WHAT IS A MARKETING AUTOMATION ADMIN Our awesome client, leading company is looking for a Marketing Automation Admin to be part of their team. WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Product ownership for Oracle Eloqua marketing automation Developing, testing and deploying email and SMS automations and journeys Development of campaigns through to sending and tracking Training and documentation of marketing automation procedures and processes for key stakeholders, including Marketing and IT teams Building campaign success reporting and dashboards Assisting with the preparation of website statistics and implementation of recommendations Monitoring the effectiveness of digital campaigns through the use of A / B testing. Liaising with senior leaders to ensure timely delivery of digital campaign requirements Audience segmentation for campaign execution Adhering to the company policies and contractual obligations around WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR Skills HTML, CSS and JS development DB querying language such as MSSQL Testing email templates using services such as Litmus Google Analytics and general web analytics CMS/ DXP (Episerver, Sitecore, Drupal) Experience in: Oracle Eloqua or other email automation solution Designing and developing impactful, effective and responsive outbound email communications in tight timeframes Experience in data modelling and segmentation for campaign execution Demonstrated understanding of the principles of UX and UI and web standards Analytical experience in campaign effectiveness, reporting and driving business insights Demonstrate understanding of digital development lifecycle Experience in application support, liaising with vendors and troubleshooting Developing websites and landing pages CMS (such as Drupal/ Episerver/ Sitecore)
