Job Title] Marketing Associate
[Job Overview/Summary]
The Marketing Associate's duty is to support the Marketing Team in research and content. This position helps to ensure that marketing and business decision-making are supported by accurate data and analyses; supports the development and implementation of strategies targeted at the acquisition of prospects and clients. This position also assists the Marketing Team to provide compelling content for online outreach that identifies the aims of the company and its services.
Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, EST

The Marketing Associate will report to the Marketing Manager.
[Responsibilities and Duties]
Conduct market research to improve existing applications and identify new opportunities.
Report on research findings based on relevant topics assigned.
Collect and analyze the behavioral data of potential customers through various techniques (e.g. surveys, websites, systems, purchase patterns).
Collect and Analyze market trends and competitors' methods.
Contribute to collaborative efforts and organize promotional materials (e.g. brochures, infographics, newsletters).
Develop content for blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media, and the company website.
Identify customers' needs and recommend new content to address gaps in the company's current content.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Communications, Marketing, English, or related field.
Experience in marketing or related field
Experience in content writing
High Cognitive Level (A cognitive test will be administered)
Excellent Research Skills
Excellent Communication Skills - spoken and written
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Can work with less supervision needed
Open to Correction - Receptive Mindset
Resourceful - Problem Solving Mindset
Adept with technologies - Office/Google applications, emails, video calls, internet research, etc.
