Job Responsibilities:
Develop, coordinate, and manage our social media community, ensuring a lively and engaging atmosphere.
Proactively engage with our online community across various platforms to boost brand loyalty and customer satisfaction.
Plan and schedule content in advance, ensuring a consistent and strategic presence on all platforms.
Craft and schedule compelling content for our social media channels, keeping our audience captivated and informed.
Respond promptly and thoughtfully to social chats, providing top-notch customer service and enhancing our brand's reputation.
Assist with keyword research to improve visibility.
Monitor social media trends and participate in relevant conversations on behalf of the brand.
Foster meaningful interactions with our online community, building rapport and cultivating brand loyalty.
Identify opportunities to initiate conversations and spark discussions around relevant topics and trends.
Ideal Candidate:
A natural socializer with a flair for engaging audiences.
Experience in managing online communities, particularly on social media.
Proficiency in scheduling and managing social media content.
Excellent communication skills, with a talent for writing in a fun, relatable, and on-brand style.
Ability to work independently in a virtual setting.
A passion for flowers, with the alignment of our brand values.
Bonus Points:
Hands-on experience with AI tools like Jasper.
Previous involvement with Reddit communities.
Background in floral design or the wedding industry (not essential, but a plus!).
Adaptable and fast learner, able to quickly grasp new concepts, tools, and processes to meet evolving business needs.
Ability to handle constructive criticism and feedback with a positive attitude, using it as an opportunity for growth and improvement.
Willing to start as soon as possible
