MARKETING ASSISTANT

Key Responsibilities:
Influencer Resource Development & Maintenance
Identify, contact, and expand overseas influencers (KOLs, online celebrities, content creators, etc.) and build a comprehensive influencer database.
Regularly update influencer profiles to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and traceability.
Task Assignment & Execution Follow-up
Distribute promotional tasks efficiently to influencers based on the requirements from the China headquarters' sales department.
Monitor influencers' execution progress to ensure tasks are delivered on time and at high quality.
Collect influencer feedback and execution results, compile reports, and submit to supervisors.
Cross-Border Communication & Coordination
Act as a communication bridge between the Philippines local team and China headquarters, ensuring smooth and efficient information exchange.
Coordinate collaborations between influencers and internal teams, promptly resolving issues arising during execution.
Other Supportive Tasks
Assist headquarters in collecting market information; monitor and research local influencer trends and social media dynamics.
Perform other related tasks assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken;
Familiarity with mainstream social media platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, with a basic understanding of influencer marketing.
Strong communication, coordination, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
Detail-oriented, highly responsible, and capable of independent task execution and progress tracking.
Prior experience in influencer development, KOL management, or related fields is highly preferred.
Strong presentation skills, including PPT preparation and verbal communication.
Highly organized, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Compensation & Benefits
