MARKETING ASSISTANT
Full Time
Mandaue City, Cebu
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Marketing Assistant to handle our fast growing product. Must be a Soc.Med. Savy person.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customers emails,phone calls, online chats and messages.
Assist with order tracking, product info, returns and general queries.
Provide friendly, helpful, and accurate support.
Work closely with the wider customer service and ecommerce teams.
Skills & Experience:
With previous marketing/telemarketing work experience
Strong communication and problem solving skills
Confident to use computers, online system and chat tools(example: shopify)
Friendly, patient, and professional attitude.
What we're looking for/ Job Qualifications
Graduate of a Bachelor's degree (preferably Business Admin. Or Marketing Graduate)
With experience in construction (wall panel) product is an advantage
Able to understand and analyze numerical information and to make a right conclusion and decisions.
Ability to execute speedy and effective of customers issues and complaints
Ensure interactions with Customers and team members who are always in a polite and courteous manner.
Actively seeks new ways of working to improve efficiency and productivity.
Knowledgeable in graphic design and video editing.
