We are seeking a passionate Marketing Assistant to lead the promotion of our restaurant and manage our online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing marketing campaigns, managing social media channels, and driving customer engagement through innovative content and strategies.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
Marketing Duties:
Develop and implement creative marketing campaigns to drive foot traffic and increase brand awareness
Collaborate with the restaurant team to plan promotions, special events and seasonal offers
Create and distribute promotional materials
Manage partnerships with local businesses and influencers to promote the restaurant
Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights
Social Media Management:
Manage all social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc) by creating engaging posts, stories and videos
Develop a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely updates
Respond to comments, messages and reviews to build strong relationships with followers
Track social media engagement and provide monthly performance reports
Brand Development:
Ensure all marketing materials and social media content align with the restaurant's brand identity.
Stay up-to-date with food and beverage trends to incorporate innovative ideas into marketing strategies
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications or a related field
1-3 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or a similar role (hospitality/restaurant experience preferred)
Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
Passion for food, hospitality and the restaurant industry
Experience in influencer marketing and local communication engagement
Knowledge of SEO and online advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
