Marketing AssistantFoton Motors Philippines Inc.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
Primarily responsible in building stronger partnerships and brand awareness through events marketing.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assists VP for Marketing in ensuring adherence to brand identity guidelines through advertising.
2. Develops thorough knowledge of the automotive industry, its trend, and players.
3. Researches and evaluates new products and competition
4. Smoothly continues the implementation of the Events marketing plan, using relevant elements of the marketing mix.
5. Liaises effectively with relevant suppliers and stakeholders
6. Supports the events office on a daily basis - this may include but is not exclusive to: - managing new clients; receiving inbound inquiries: conducting site visits and recording and managing booking details as required.
7. Keeps a file of clippings of Market updates (News clippings and other media pickups)
8. Assists in the development and production of marketing materials
9. Co-heads all events that the company initiates or participates
10. Updates Marketing team and other employees on events and product exhibits
11. Coordinates with the advertising agency for the schedule of newspaper ad placement as well as for the fulfillment of other advertising contracts.
12. Assists the Marketing Manager in plotting all OOH and digital advertising materials to ensure efficient marketing communications visibility.
13. Assists Marketing in evaluating sponsorship and other events as potent promotional tools.
14. Manages all aspects of production, receipt, and distribution of marketing material.
15. Maintains good relationship with other employees.
16. Ensures compliance to ISO policies and procedures.
17. Performs another special task that may be assigned by the Immediate Head
