JOB TITLE: Marketing Assistant
Roles and Responsibilities:
Effectively manage daily administrative tasks of Marketing Department (calendar of events, email inquiries, requests, etc.)
Will generate monthly reports of inbound leads, closed sales, and marketing tagged leads with data analysis.
• In charge of safekeeping our existing database and other agreements and forms.
• Monitoring of marketing activities, creating presentations for events.
• Posting or marketing campaigns on social media.
• Maintains and monitors social media accounts.
• Will help in organizing promotional events, projects, and campaigns.
• Collaborating with content and design team for creating brochures, newsletters, and other advertising materials.
• Facilitates deliveries of marketing materials to branches.
• Will do other jobs assigned by the manager.
Qualifications:
• Experience managing successful social media campaigns, and a solid understanding of social marketing
• Proven experience delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns
• Must be highly organized and detailed oriented
• Excellent skills in areas of communication, presentation, and analysis
• Must be proficient in MS Office applications
• The ability to use CRM tools is an advantage
• Works well with others and can work under pressure
• Possesses a goal-oriented attitude
