We are looking for a Growth Assistant to join a marketing team in the US! A scrappy marketing generalist capable of flexing across administrative and creatives. This is a remote position and a great opportunity for someone who is genuinely interested in growth marketing!

The Role:
Administrative - You will manage a contact database in the CRM, and support business operations including slack, google apps, and zoom, Unbounce, and other ad hoc tasks.
Email Marketing - You will run and monitor email campaigns using MailChimp.
Social Media Management - You will publish organic social media postings on various social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter.
Design - You will make basic creatives, and edit graphics and videos for social media pages. You will also create landing pages using Unbounce.
Communication - You respond to communications in a timely manner, escalate and alert teams via Slack/phone/text when necessary.
The Requirements:
Must have >2 years experience in Marketing Operations
Must have >2 years experience in Social Media Management
Must have >2 years experience in basic graphic design and video editing for social media
Must have experience in doing administrative tasks
Must have experience with the following tools: Slack, Google Apps, Unbounce, Zoom, Photoshop, Rocketreach (or similar)
Must have experience with WordPress
Excellent English communication skills (Written and Oral)
Must be able to follow the agreed timeline and meet deadlines
A keen eye for detail is important to be successful in this role.
Preferably with experience in using SEMRush or any similar tools
Preferably with experience in UTMs
Can work graveyard hours
