₱ 16,500.00 (monthly) Permanent contract Full Time
Duties & Responsibilities
 Answers online enquiries for possible clients from all social media platforms,
groups, and pages.
 Answers and screens phone calls from clients, sub-dealers, partners, and
suppliers.
 Assists in reporting/reminding current statuses starting from inquiring to closing
of sale for clients.
 Assists in scheduling of bookings, other logistic expenses (Food,
accommodations, mode of transportation), and payments for Marketing events.
 Assists in scheduling meetings with the Marketing managers
 Assists Office managers as they see fit under this scope of works
Qualifications
 Graduate of any Business-related courses.
 At least six (6) months of experience in the related field
 Proficient in using Excel and Microsoft Word
 Has good attention to detail and excellent customer service.
 Is able to handle working under pressure and deadlines.
 Good verbal and written communication skills
 Self-motivated and can work with minimal supervision
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
1 year of experience
Knowledge: Marketing
Availability to travel: Yes
Availability of change of residence: Yes
