Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day support to the marketing team
• Work closely with the team in planning events to meet the company's goals and objectives, including marketing to secure attendance and revenue generation
• Follow the company's process and guidelines for events management
• Create design collaterals such as invitations, graphics, email management campaigns, registrations campaigns
• Coordinate details for a variety of events and event types (e.g. webinars, digital programs, meetings)
• Assist in executing event logistics including but not limited to invitations (electronic and print), email campaigns, etc
• Assist in scheduling and administering virtual event sessions
• Create and disseminate event briefings, registration and attendance reporting, production schedules, timelines and other related documents, if required
• Update website content using Wordpress
• Manage and update CRM
• Add and update events to media calendars
Qualifications and Experience:
• Degree in Marketing or related
• 3 to 5 years of experience in creating collaterals for events (Graphic Design)
• Has experience in Product Marketing
• Previous experience in Event Management (e.g. Webinars)
• Proficient in WordPress and any CRM (preferably Hubspot)
• Has excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Has the initiative
• Can work with minimal supervision
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• High attention to detail
• Experience in Social Media Management, Marketing Strategies and Research would be nice to have
• Ideally with exposure working with Australian Clients
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator would be an advantage
